Sea Residences Staycation

Dreaming about a tropical resort-inspired condo without spending too much? IECASA at SEA Residences might help you to make your dream into reality.

Located right at the heart of Mall of Asia Complex, Sea Residences is a mid-rise condominium which allows its residents to be in staycation 24/7. Be in awe with their 15, 20, and 25-lap pools, children’s playground and modern tropical garden.

Their amenities look so deceiving that I thought it will never be possible to stay in such luxurious place. Good thing IECASA serviced apartments has affordable deals to offer. We found a reasonable rate at Agoda for Php 2,450 a night. Since we are three in one room, we spent at least Php 817 per night per person. The room, however, is good for 4 persons. Hence, the more the cheaper. The room was so cozy, homey and complete. It’s delighting that a small unit has its own kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom and a bathroom. It also has  washing machine, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, gas stove, television, air conditioner and the thing that delighted us most is that they have their own ROUTER! Ahhhhh!!!!! Unlimited WIFI!!!! If only we didn’t have any occasion to attend to, maybe we spent the whole stay-cation lying in bed, holding our gadgets and surfing the net. Hahaha.  🙂

IECASA service was so great and very pleasing. We arrived at almost 12:00 midnight as our flight from Davao was a bit delayed, but still they accompanied us. I highly recommend IECASA Service Apartments. As far as I know, they also have units near Makati.

Let me tour you via these photos. 🙂
